LAHORE: The Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) has rejected the government’s decision to raise power tariff by 13 per cent from January next year.

Nadeem Bhatti and Khawaja Khawar Rashid, the members of FPCCI, Lahore, rejected new raise and termed it an anti-public decision.

They said that the decision would be a double blow especially for the waning textile sector, which is already facing difficulties to meet its orders.
